You bet there is a revival going on

You bet there is a revival going on
To everything concerning God, there is a counterfiet: Father of Light-- father of lies, Son of God-- son of perdition, Fruits of the Spirit-- fruits of the flesh, Vine of Righteousness-- vine of soddom, and the list goes on.
What I am trying to understand, is with so much talk of revival, why we are not seeing what is being revived? Yes the devil got in on this one too, and is sending his revival as well. We have many of his forces showing up in church, yet no one discerns what to do about it. Most leave church saying, boy the preacher was good, or wasn’t that message good? But hardly any say, Ain’t God good. Seems we are too busy with the me, myself and I, which these three are one also, that their is no room to discern the Spirit in which God may want to operate in.
No wonder the homosexual says we hate them. they come to church, because it is safe, as the power of God that changes lives has been limited. It is a hate crime on our behalf, that we spend less time with God, and be ignorant to the discerning of what fruit of the Spirit He may be desiring to use that someone be set free--- Hate crimes indeed, because if we really loved them, we would pray and listen to see what God wanted to do, instead of not entering in ourselves, and denying them the entrance as well. Yep--- there is a revival going on alright, but I’m not sure it is one in which the Lord likes.
Yes, everyone should be welcome, but they should leave a changed person, if we would pray, for the power of God to come down and mess up several services, of the me, myself, and I’s.
It is we that are planting the vineyards, when we don’t let Him have His way. Instead of preaching folk into hell, we should be praying them into the Kingdom of God, and discern what Spirit the Lord wishes to use, be it miracles, faith, healing etc.. It just goes to show that earthly fame and fortune does not furnish heavenly power.
So I ask have the synagogues of old become the sin -a -gogs of today?
